TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By creating an account with iHouseShare.com, you enter into a contract with Way Forward (Shop) Ltd on the following conditions, which includes conditions limiting our liability and relating to our use of your personal information. This contract is just for the use of this website and any arrangement you may have with any other organisation for providing internet services is separate.

DEFINITIONS
The following words will have specific meanings in this contract.

'cancel' - Cancelling your account means this contract ends. Your account and all data associated with your account will be deleted and will no longer work as part of a website.
'consumer' - You are a consumer and you could be an individual, business, trade or profession.
'account' - An account is a free or premium account held between the consumer and room buddies.
'personal data' - Any information about an identifiable living person (for example, your name, address or phone number).
'we', 'us', 'our' – iHouseShare.com owned and operated by Way Forward (Shop) Ltd
'you', 'your' - The person who is entering into this contract with us and who the account will be registered for.

OUR OBLIGATIONS
iHouseShare.com is a classifieds web site specialising in available houseshares and rooms to let.
The web site will display to its visitors listings of houses to rent or share and/or rooms to rent/let. To facilitate this we will do, amongst other things,
- Maintain user accounts to manage legitimacy of the users
- Maintain and manage the site to facilitate private messaging between members
- Attempt to adequately review all listings and area reviews for accuracy and content screening.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS
You have various obligations set out in this contract.
- You must make sure that any information you supply on the site is accurate and not misleading in any way.
- You must not publish content on our site that is offensive to visitors of the site. That is content that is overtly sexually explicit, unlawful, threatening, libelous, abusive, harmful, bigoted, racially offensive, obscene or offensive in any other reasonable way.
- You must not publish content on our site that encourages in any way behaviour that may constitute a criminal offence, result in civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation.
- You must ensure that adverts are removed once the contents of the advert are no longer available.
- You must report to us any individuals creating listings on our site whom you feel are fraudulent or suspect of fraudulent activity.
- You must take responsibility for assessing the character and trustworthiness of any prospective tenant or landlord.
- You accept that your profile and advert details will be viewable by users of the site who are not registered.
- You accept responsibility for any misuse by third parties of any personal details such as a phone number or email address made voluntarily available on the site.
- You accept responsibility for maintaining the security of your account and the confidentiality of your password.

You accept that any breach of these obligations may lead to your account being suspended or deleted.

PERFORMANCE
We can not guarantee uninterrupted or error free access to this site or the transactions conducted through it. We shall not be liable for any failure in processing your details due to software, viruses, internet availability or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

SITE CONTENT
We do not endorse or physically inspect any of the listings on our site; and we do not make any representations as to individual character, credit rating, rental or credit history or a persons ability to pay rent or provide accommodation.
We can not be held responsible for any events, loss or damages that transpire through use of our service or from arranging to meet with other users of the site.
We can not be held responsible for the safety of any houseshares listing on our site or their compliance with local laws or regulations.
We can not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred by you from entering into an agreement or contract you arrange with someone you have contacted via this service.

PAYMENT FOR THE SERVICE
Creating a profile on iHouseShare.com is free of charge. This service will allow you to post your profile on the site, post adverts and area reviews on the site, and send private messages to other site members.
In order to create a featured listing, you agree to pay a fee for this additional service. The fee is made payable to Way Forward (Shop) Ltd and must be paid using our merchant services.
Further featured listings incur an additional charge. We reserve the right to alter our fees for a featured listing without prior notice. Once the advert lifespan of 28 days has lapsed your advert will no longer appear in our search results.

PERSONAL DATA
We will not make your personal data available to any third parties for more information please see our privacy policy.

STATUS OF YOUR ACCOUNT
We may cancel your account or put it on hold if :
- We receive independent proof that you have provided significantly inaccurate, not correct, unreliable or false information on your account.
- You have broken any part of our agreement
- We receive sufficient proof that your account is being fraudulently

We reserve the right to cancel, alter, suspend or amend your account at any time.

AMENDMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the terms of this contract at any time during the term of the contract and we will only do so when with good reason. Unless we are acting because of a legal requirement or a court order, the change will only be made after we have consulted publicly. We will publish a notice in reasonable advance on our website informing all visitors of the changes, and it is your responsibility to visit the site regularly to keep abreast of any changes. The changes will apply from the date shown in the notice. If you do not agree with any change to the conditions, you may notify us that you want to end the contract and your account will be cancelled as soon as possible and certainly within 30 days. Any amounts paid for a featured listing will be non-refundable.

JURISDICTION
These terms shall be construed under and governed by the laws of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

This contract is a legally binding document. You should read it carefully and make sure that it contains everything you want and nothing you are not prepared to agree to.
